It is reported that after the upgrade, the automation rate of the production lines at the manufacturing base has increased to over 90%. Flexible production cells and an intelligent scheduling system have been established to efficiently balance customized orders and mass production, significantly boosting production efficiency. At the same time, carbon emission tracking has been refined to individual equipment, achieving coordinated green and intelligent development and responding to the manufacturing industry’s trend of "intelligent transformation, digital upgrading, and internet connectivity". The base is equipped with an AI visual inspection system that can detect subtle defects in real time during production. Supported by more than 200 rigorous full-process inspection procedures covering component screening, assembly calibration, and performance testing, the product defect rate is kept below the industry average, ensuring the quality of notebook products in all aspects.
